Venture Construction Group Update:

 

Currently the fencing project is underway and the 6’ high portion of the fencing is scheduled to be completed tomorrow. The larger 10’ high section of material is on order by the subcontractor and that section will be completed once material is delivered.  We will forward dates once received.

The lighting subcontractor has been secured to complete the lighting repairs required on the property.  Deposits have also been paid and we are awaiting their scheduling at this point to complete those tasks.

The roofing project is also underway.  Addendums have been completed for the material selections and Notices of Commencement have been completed to file for permitting.  Currently we are in the permitting stage of the process for the roof and once the permits are approved, we will have a specific timeline scheduled for official material delivery date, demolition start dates, and the schedule of completion by order of building. Until that time, safety supervision staffing has been secured, along with the roofing crews, and the material order.

Production staff is continuing to compile recommended staging locations and material delivery locations in an effort to locate the most unobtrusive locations on site for residents, while still enhancing productivity. Once those locations are confirmed, a site map will be provided and distributed.  As stated, once the permits are approved and released, we will be able to provide a detailed timeline of events and tentative schedule per building. Until that time, we will continue to monitor the temporary tarps and any emergency services needed on site.  Thank you for the opportunity to be of service.
